You made it possible for Caleb, a Belgian teenager, to take his first step toward the calling God has placed on his life.

I wanted you to hear Caleb’s story …

At 14, Caleb isn’t yet part of his church’s worship team, but he believes that’s where God is leading him. Last week, he attended the 2025 Convention Jeunesse (Youth Conference) in southern Belgium.

Thanks to your generosity, Caleb and 28 other young leaders were able to take part in a workshop I led called “The Worship Leader’s Hat Rack: Juggling Multiple Roles with Grace.”

During the two-hour session, these future leaders explored the three essential “hats” of a worship leader — musician, minister, and multiplier — and learned how to approach leadership challenges from each perspective.

Because of you, Caleb came away with practical tools and spiritual encouragement to prepare him for the day he begins serving on his church worship team.

You gave him that opportunity — and we’re so grateful.

Thirty years ago, Convention Jeunesse was created to bring Belgian youth together for a weekend of training, discipleship, worship, and fellowship.
This year’s event drew over 500 teens and young adults from more than 50 churches across Belgium.

This year you impacted young people like Caleb through two workshops: ‘The Worship Leader’s Hat Rack’ presented by Jeff; and ‘Creative Content Creation’ a media workshop led by Francois Ellis.
