We’ve had three Mastermind sessions with worship leaders from seven churches in Belgium, Sweden, Italy, France and Spain.
Most sessions feature a guest and are themed around ideas such as ‘Building Team Dynamics’ or ‘Understanding International Church Culture’.
Future session topics will feature themes such as ‘Creative Strategies for Getting Our of a Musical Rut’ and ‘What To Do When You Don’t Feel Like Leading.’
This Mastermind has been a wonderful opportunity to connect leaders from churches in different countries, provide in-depth training on a variety of international church-related issues as well as mentor young leaders.
